Approved Municipal Programs definition

Approved Municipal Programs means the Credit Guarantee Program , a collateral support program; and the Seed Capital Network program, a venture capital program, approved by Treasury as eligible for Federal contributions to, or for the account of, the Municipalities’ programs.
