If the Redevelopment Manager finds material design differences between the Plans and Specifications, causing substantial, practical differences in the structures, the Redevelopment Manager may either require the Developer to revise the Plans and Specifications or approve the Plans and Specifications notwithstanding the design differences.
The Developer shall not develop the Project except in accordance with the Plans and Specifications that have been approved by the Redevelopment Manager.
At the same time, the Developer shall submit such Plans and Specifications to the Redevelopment Manager at Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (“MRA”), who shall review the Plans and Specifications in accordance the Near Heights Expansion Metropolitan Redevelopment Plan.
