Redemption Procedures. The company shall not send a Redemption Notice to any of the Investors unless it has good and clear funds for a minimum of the amount it intends to redeem in an escrow account controlled by an escrow agent, on behalf of the Investors, The date on which the Investors are notified of the Company's intent to redeem the Convertible Bridge is defined as the "Redemption Notice Date". The company will then have 5 trading days in which to satisify the redemption. If the Company fails to satisfy the redemption notice by the 6th trading day following the Redemption Notice Date, the redemption will be declared null and void and the Company will lose its redemption rights.   • The Administrative Agent may issue additional or other procedures from time to time relating to the manner of redemption of the applicable MacroShares Units which differ from or supplement the Applicable Redemption Procedures, and, upon receiving written notice thereof, each of the applicable Authorized Participants shall thereafter comply with Applicable Redemption Procedures, as so amended.

  • The Authorized Participant will purchase or redeem Baskets of Shares in compliance with the Trust Agreement as supplemented by the Creation and Redemption Procedures attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1 (such procedures, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in compliance with the provisions hereof and thereof, the “Procedures”).

  • The applicable Trustee, the Administrative Agent and the Depositor may issue additional or other procedures from time to time relating to the manner of exchanging Tradeable Shares and concurrently redeeming such shares as part of one or more MACRO Units or redeeming Paired Holding Shares consisting of one or more MACRO Units which are not related to the Redemption Procedures, and each Authorized Participant shall comply with such procedures.

  • The Custodian undertakes to the Trust that the Custodian will adhere to the Creation and Redemption Procedures, provided that the Trustee shall use its reasonable efforts to provide the Custodian with prior notice of any amendment to the Creation and Redemption Procedures and, if the amendment relates to the Custodian’s duties, such amendment will only be made after consultation with the Custodian.

Related to Redemption Procedures

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.
