Redemption Offer definition

Redemption Offer has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Redemption Offer means the tender offer to be filed by Purchaser pursuant to Section 6.8 in accordance with U.S. federal securities laws and the rules and regulations of the SEC, to satisfy the Purchaser Shareholder Redemption Right.
Redemption Offer has the meaning given to such term in Section 6.13(a).

  • Prior to the Closing, none of the funds held in the Parent Trust Account may be released other than to pay Taxes and payments with respect to the redemption of any shares of Parent Common Stock required by the Redemption Offer.
