Recurring Payment Instruction definition

Recurring Payment Instruction means a Payment Instruction you authorize in advance in Card Center Direct to recur at substantially regular intervals (at least once every 60 days).

  • Agreed Payment method Action Where the Agreed Payment Method is Recurring Payment Instruction Vatix will be entitled to take the payment using that method and, on receipt of the payment, Vatix’s authority under the Recurring Payment Instruction for the Subscription will terminate.

Related to Recurring Payment Instruction

  • Payment Instruction is as defined in Section 36 of the General Terms, and is further defined as the information provided by you to the Service for a bill payment to be made to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (such as, but not limited to, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ name, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).
