Rectification Date definition

Rectification Date has the meaning given to it in Clause 23.2 (Provision of additional security; prepayment).

Examples of Rectification Date in a sentence

  • The Developer must comply with the Rectification Notice by: procuring the performance of the Rectification Works by the Rectification Date, or such other date as agreed between the parties; keeping the Council reasonably informed of the action to be taken to rectify the defect; and carrying out the Rectification Works.

  • During the Defects Liability Period, the Council (acting reasonably) may give to the Developer a notice (Rectification Notice) in writing that identifies a defect in the Works and specifies: action required to be undertaken by the Developer to rectify that defect (Rectification Works); and the date on which the defect must be rectified (Rectification Date).

Related to Rectification Date

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Certification Date means with respect to Securities of any series (i), if Bearer Securities of such series are not to be initially represented by a temporary global Security, the date of delivery of the definitive Bearer Security and (ii), if Bearer Securities of such series are initially represented by a temporary global Security, the earlier of (A) the Exchange Date with respect to Securities of such series and (B), if the first Interest Payment Date with respect to Securities of such series is prior to such Exchange Date, such Interest Payment Date.

  • Final Disruption Date has the meaning provided in Annex B to this Confirmation. Automatic Exercise: Applicable, and means that the Number of Warrants for each Component will be deemed to be automatically exercised at the Expiration Time on the Expiration Date for such Component, subject to the provisions set forth under “Limit on Beneficial Ownership” below.
