Rectification Action definition

Rectification Action refers to the desired action to be taken by Project Co to rectify or alleviate the applicable NPE, which needs to be taken to suspend the applicable NPE Payment Adjustment.

  • Collection Action means any of the following:

  • Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;
