Rectification Account definition

Rectification Account means the account referred to in Clause 21.1.6 (Bank Accounts) and includes any replacement account or sub-division of that account.
Rectification Account means an account opened by the Borrower with the Account Bank in the name of the Borrower charged to the Security Trustee. The Agent shall have sole signing rights in relation to the Rectification Account at all times.
Rectification Account means any account maintained in accordance with paragraph (e) of Clause 22.1 (Accounts).

Related to Rectification Account

  • Construction Account means the account by that name established in the FGR Subordinated Indebtedness Fund pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Completion Accounts means the consolidated balance sheet of the Group as at the Completion Date to be prepared in accordance with Schedule 8 (Completion Accounts);

  • Retention Account means, an interest bearing USD account in the name of the Borrowers opened or (as the context may require) to be opened by the Borrowers with the Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Bank to be the Retention Account for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Collection Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
