Recognized Appraiser definition

Recognized Appraiser means a qualified and recognized professional -------------------- appraiser as may be selected or approved by the Lender, having at least five (5) years' prior experience in performing real estate appraisals in the geographic area where the property being appraised is located, having a recognized expertise in appraising properties operated as hotel or other lodging facilities.
Recognized Appraiser means an independent, qualified and recognized professional appraiser selected and retained by Lender having at least five years' prior experience in performing real estate appraisals in the geographic area where the property being appraised is located, and meeting any qualifications required by FIRREA.
Recognized Appraiser means an expert who appraises similar items in the course of his or her state employment or in private practice. It does not include the owner of the item.
