Recognised company definition
Recognised company means a corpora tion incorporated under a declared law of a participating State or under a corresponding previous law of that State.

recognised person means a recognised clearing house or a nominee of a recognised clearing house or of a recognised investment exchange;
Recognised Market means any stock exchange, over-the-counter market or other securities market in any part of the world.
