Reclamation Order means that certain Order Under 11 U.S.C.
Reclamation Order means that certain Order Under 11 U.S.C. §§ 362, 503 and 546 (A) Providing Administrative Expense Treatment for Certain Holders of Valid Reclamation Claims and (B) Establishing Procedures for Resolution and Payment of Reclamation Claims entered by the Bankruptcy Court on November 12, 2004, whereby IBC established procedures for determining the validity and extent of reclamation claims.
Reclamation Order has the meaning specified therefor in Section 7.01(r)(ii).
Examples of Reclamation Order in a sentence
In case of a disagreement with the records in the Monthly Report, the User is entitled to object in a reasonable period of time but no longer than 2 months after the Monthly Report and Invoice was received in accordance with the current Reclamation Order.
A Reclamation Claim shall become an Allowed Reclamation Claim solely pursuant to the terms of the Reclamation Order.
