  • In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between a provision in the body of this Agreement and in any Subscription Receipt Certificate issued hereunder, the provision in the body of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • This Subscription Receipt Certificate will not be valid for any purpose until it has been certified by or on behalf of the Subscription Receipt Agent for the time being under the Subscription Receipt Agreement.

  • In case at any time any of the Subscription Receipt Certificates have not been countersigned, a Subscription Receipt Certificate may be countersigned either in the name of the predecessor Subscription Receipt Agent or successor subscription receipt agent, and in all such cases such Subscription Receipt Certificates will have the full force provided in the Subscription Receipt Certificates and in this Agreement.
