Receipt Certificate definition

Receipt Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Inspection Committee for satisfactory execution of work / supply & installation of Goods in accordance with these Conditions of Contract.
Receipt Certificate means the certificate to be given by the Inspection Committee to the Contractor in accordance with these Conditions of Contract.
Receipt Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Procurement Committee for satisfactory execution of work / supply of Services in accordance with these Conditions of Agreement.

  • In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between a provision in the body of this Agreement and in any Subscription Receipt Certificate issued hereunder, the provision in the body of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
