Real Estate Program definition

Real Estate Program. (or "Program") means any entity, other than a company or mutual fund trust, formed and operated for the primary purpose of investment in and the operation of or gain from an interest in real property and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, includes a limited or general partnership, joint venture, trust, unincorporated association, unincorporated syndicate or other unincorporated organization.
Real Estate Program means the executive office the Tribe charged with Tribal Land Lease administration.
