  • As part of the state aid commitments given in connection with such approval, RBSG has agreed that neither it nor any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries (excluding any companies in the RBS N.V. Group) shall pay investors any coupons or dividends on existing hybrid capital instruments during the Deferral Period, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
