Ratings Adjustment Date definition

Ratings Adjustment Date has the meaning assigned in Section 3.07.
Ratings Adjustment Date has the meaning assigned in Section 3.07. "Realized Losses" means, as to any Remittance Date, the aggregate Net Liquidation Losses of all Contracts that became Liquidated Contracts during the immediately preceding Due Period.
Ratings Adjustment Date means the fifth (5th) day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day) after the announcement by Standard & Poor’s or Moody’s of any change in its rating with respect to the rating of the Loans.

  • Interest Adjustment Date With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.
