Ratable Borrowing definition

Ratable Borrowing means a Borrowing that is advanced by Lenders to a Co-Borrower in accordance with their Commitment Percentages.
Ratable Borrowing means any Borrowing funded by Lenders under Section 2.1 according to their respective Commitment Percentages.
Ratable Borrowing means a Ratable Committed Currency Borrowing or a Ratable Dollar Borrowing.

  • Promptly after receipt thereof, the Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Aggregate Commitment reduction notice, Ratable Borrowing Notice, Conversion/Continuation Notice, Competitive Bid Borrowing Notice, and repayment notice received by it hereunder.

  • Each such Swing Line Borrowing Notice shall be accompanied by the Ratable Borrowing Notice provided for in Section 2.19(d).

  • All Swing Line Borrowing Notices and Ratable Borrowing Notices given by the Borrower under this Section 2.19(c) shall be irrevocable.

  • Each Ratable Borrowing Notice, Competitive Bid Borrowing Notice and Swing Line Borrowing Notice with respect to each such Advance, and each Facility Letter of Credit Notice with respect to the issuance, amendment or extension of each such Facility Letter of Credit, shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that the conditions contained in Sections 5.2(i) and (ii) have been satisfied.

  • Each Ratable Borrowing Notice with respect to each such Ratable Advance and each Competitive Bid Borrowing Notice with respect to each such Competitive Bid Advance shall constitute a representation and warranty by such Borrower that the conditions contained in Sections 4.2(a) and (b) have been satisfied.

  • Promptly after receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Aggregate Commitments reduction notice, Ratable Borrowing Notice, Conversion/Continuation Notice, Competitive Bid Borrowing Notice, Commitment Increase Supplement and repayment notice received by it hereunder.

  • Although no Lender is responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make its Commitment Percentage of any Ratable Borrowing, that failure does not excuse any other Lender from making its Commitment Percentage of that Borrowing.

Related to Ratable Borrowing

  • L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.

  • Pro-Rata Borrowing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.03(a).

  • Canadian Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Canadian Loans of the same Type and, in the case of BA Equivalent Loans or LIBO Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Canadian Lenders pursuant to Section 2.3.
