Rambus Interface Technology definition

Rambus Interface Technology means Rambus-1 Interface Technology and Rambus-D Interface Technology.
Rambus Interface Technology. Rambus Interface Technology" means all interface technology which is owned by, developed by, used by, or licensed to Rambus. "Rambus Interface Technology" includes all prior, current, and future versions of this technology. As of the Effective Date, the versions of Rambus Interface Technology include, without limitation, those designated by Rambus as "Base," "Concurrent," "Direct," "Taos," "Yellowstone," and "Redwood."

Rambus Interface Technology shall include the Rambus-2 Implementation Package developed hereunder, as well as all information, inventions, technology, technical documentation, designs, materials and know-how which describe or enable the use of the Rambus-2 Implementation Package developed hereunder and which Rambus provides LGS during the term of the License Agreement.
Rambus Interface Technology as defined in Section 1.1 of the License Agreement, shall also include the Rambus Channel and RMC Deliverables provided hereunder, as well as all information, invention, technology, technical documentation, designs, materials and know-how which describe or enable the use or implementation of the Rambus Channel and/or the RMC.
Rambus Interface Technology means the following items which are owned by Rambus . . . (a) the bus interface technology described in Exhibit A hereto; and
Rambus Interface Technology as defined in Section 1.1 of the License Agreement, shall also include the Modified RAC Deliverables developed hereunder.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How.
