Railway Superstructure definition
Railway Superstructure means such part of any bridge which belongs to the Station Facility Owner, viaduct, railway arch, raft or overlying structure which is either shown unhatched on the Plan or identified pursuant to Appendix 7 of Annex 1;
Railway Superstructure means such part of any bridge which belongs to Network Rail, viaduct, railway arch, raft or overlying structure which is either shown by red hatching on the Plan or identified pursuant to Appendix 7 of Annex 1;
Railway Superstructure means, within the area edged blue on the Plan, such part of any overlying structure not falling within the definition of ‘Station’, including any raft supporting an office building or similar commercial development, any road bridge, rail bridge or footbridge;
More Definitions of Railway Superstructure
Railway Superstructure means any railway superstructure identified in Appendix 7 of Annex 1;
Railway Superstructure means the grading, ballast, embankments, ties, rails and fastenings, miscellaneous track accessories and appurtenances, switches, poles, wires, conduits and cables, fences, sidings, spurs, trestles, bridges, subways, culverts, tunnels, cable guards, cattle passes, platforms, stockyards, hog shelters, scales, turntables, cinder and service pits, hoists, signals and signal towers, grade crossing protective appliances, water tanks, stand pipes, pump sheds, dams, spillways, reservoirs, wells, pumping machinery, pipelines or bins, sheds or other storage facilities having a floor space not exceeding 9.3 square metres owned by a railway company or used by a railway company in the operation of a railway;
