Quality Protocol definition

Quality Protocol means the quality protocol attached as Annexure 1;
Quality Protocol means an agreement that is mutually agreed by the Parties (and appended at Exhibit C), and that defines and details the cGMP quality and regulatory responsibilities and authority of VaxGen and Kaketsuken under this Agreement.

  • The Supplier shall take all precautions and institute all procedures necessary in order to assure the quality requirements in accordance with this Manufacturing Agreement and Appendix 5 Quality Protocol in particular as well as the standards of Consumer Product Audit (CPA).
