Quality Department definition

Quality Department means the department within Emergent responsible for quality assurance matters.
Quality Department means the department at HML responsible for screening calls to customers in respect of sales and complaints to ensure that they were compliant with regulatory requirements.
Quality Department means the department within the Supplier organisation who is responsible for the delivery of a consistently high quality of service, delivered by appropriately experienced Supplier Personnel, who have knowledge of Contracting Authorities’ requirements.
