Qualified Appointee definition

Qualified Appointee means: (i) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, an Illinois resident; (ii) any person that is selected by the beneficial owners of a majority of the holders of Voting Trust Certificates representing a majority of the Common Stock subject to the terms of this Voting Trust.
