QFCA means the Qatar Financial Centre Authority.

  • If the QFCA does advise the Licensed Firm of any objections or conditions of acceptance then it may call for such further information from the Licensed Firm and such other parties as it considers necessary or appropriate, and shall make a final determination within thirty (30) days of receipt of such information.
