The multiplex structure shall be in accordance with ITU-T Recommendation G.704, G.705, G.732, Q.500 and Q.511.
flat means a separate and self-contained premises constructed or adapted for use for residential purposes and forming part of a building from some other part of which it is divided horizontally.
Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;
SUP means the Supervision Manual, part of the Handbook; and
Traveled way means the portion of the roadway for the movement of vehicles, exclusive of shoulders and auxiliary lanes.
Square feet or "square foot" as used in this Lease includes the area contained within the leased premises together with a common area percentage factor of the leased premises proportionate to the total building area.
