PZC definition

PZC means the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town. “Qualified Transferee” means a Person which MTGA has determined in good faith has (a) financial capacity or resources sufficient to fund its assumed obligations and commitments under this Agreement and the other MTGA/Town Agreements and under any other agreement or contract related to the development of the Property or a particular Project Component or Development Parcel, as applicable, (b) demonstrated experience and ability to develop all aspects of the mixed use design of the Project or of a particular Project Component or Development Parcel, as applicable, (c) demonstrated experience and ability to develop a quality project at least commensurate with the quality that would have been developed by MTGA, and (d) a dedicated team of development professionals with the foregoing credentials; provided, however, that no Person to which a Transfer of Property would violate the Special Limitation shall be a Qualified Transferee.

Examples of PZC in a sentence

  • Each of PCK and PZC is validly existing and in good standing as a Massachusetts business trust, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with full right and power to execute, deliver and perform its obligations under this Agreement and each Related Document to which it is a party.
