Punch List Work definition

Punch List Work. Minor items of repair, correction, adjustment or completion as such phrase is commonly understood in the construction industry in the metropolitan area in which the Land is located.
Punch List Work means minor details of construction, decoration and mechanical adjustment, if any, the noncompletion of which do not materially interfere with the use of the relevant portion of the Building.
Punch List Work. Minor corrections of construction or decoration details, and minor mechanical adjustments, that are required in order to cause any applicable portion of the Tenant Improvements as constructed to conform to the Approved TI Plans in all material respects and that do not materially interfere with Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Building and the Property.

  • Promptly after Landlord provides Tenant with the Substantial Completion Certificate and completes all applicable Punch List Work for the Building, Landlord shall cause the recordation of a Notice of Completion (as defined in the California Civil Code) with respect to the Tenant Improvements.

  • If Contractor does not issue such a list, the Owner or Architect may issue a valued Punch List to the Contractor and withhold up to 150% of the value of the Punch List Work.

More Definitions of Punch List Work

Punch List Work means minor adjustments, repairs or deficiencies in the Work as determined at the sole discretion of the Commission. Items of incomplete Work that preclude full or beneficial use of any portion of the Work or that preclude the Commission from full operation, maintenance, or security of the facility are not considered Punch List Work.

Within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion on a date specified by Owner or Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager (and if required by Owner, any construction lender ) shall conduct a second inspection of the Work to evaluate the completion of the Punch-List Work listed on the Certificate of Substantial Completion and to identify any additional items of defective or nonconforming Work and any such additional items shall be added to the list of Punch-List Work. All Punch-List Work shall be completed within thirty (30) days after issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion, or thirty (30) days after being added to the list of Punch-List Work, as applicable, or such longer period as to which Owner and Contractor may agree in writing.
Punch List Work means minor items of Work necessary to complete the Project which will not materially interfere with the leasing and occupancy of the Project, and which are otherwise of a scope and nature as is commonly understood in the construction industry.
