Public Person definition

Public Person means any person who is not a Candidate or Government Official, not including DECC staff.

Public Person means the civil service , a public legal person , Commission, Board, Institution and Commissioner appointed by law or otherwise by the President of the Republic , the Council of Ministers or Minister and each holder of an office for which the remuneration is under the control of the Republic.
Public Person means a person, including any person who is a member of the immediate family of such person, who: (A) is not an employee, director, governor or significant shareholder of a Member Firm or any affiliated or associated company; (B) is not an employee or governor of a SRO; (C) is not an employee of any government or agency thereof; or (D) does not have an ongoing business relationship as a consultant to a Member Firm or SRO.
