Public indecency definition

Public indecency means performing, procuring, or assisting any other person to perform, in a public place and where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be publicly viewed: (1) An act of sexual penetration; (2) An exposure of the genitals, female breasts or buttocks of the body done with intent to affront or alarm any person; or (3) A lewd fondling or caressing of the body of another person of the same or opposite sex.

In addition to such penalty, the city may enjoin or abate any violation of this article by appropriate action, including but not limited to revocation of any City license for a premises or commercial or business establishment in which the public indecency occurs.(Ord.
