This PT Agreement is to aid in the implementation of the Plan and the Confirmation Order, and therefore this PT Agreement incorporates the provisions of the Plan and the Confirmation Order by this reference.

This PT Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the State of Delaware.
The PT Agreement and, more in particular, the PT details as included in the Practical Sheet, can be changed or supplemented during the PT period with written or oral consent of the parties.
