Proxy(ies) definition
Proxy(ies) means the Irrevocable Proxy in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B and delivered by each Shareholder upon execution of this Agreement.
Proxy Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(a).
Proxy means, in relation to any Meeting, a person appointed to vote under a Block Voting Instruction other than:
Proxy Form means the proxy form attached to the Notice;
Joint Proxy Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.
Company Proxy Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
