Provisioning Form definition

Provisioning Form means the quote, order form, invoice or other proposal setting out the Fees, Term and other information relating to the Service to be provided by Crossware and accepted by you.
Provisioning Form means a document in the form as provided to the Customer separately, which contains, among other things, a description of the nature and scope of the applicable Campaign, and provides the details of promotional materials;
Provisioning Form means the form used by departments for needs assessment of goods or services required, estimated financial implications and funding approval; “Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)” means the method of functioning that has been established over time to execute a specific task or react to a specific set of circumstances or situation or process. Standard operating procedures document the normal or accepted methodology and help form the basis for evaluating conformance with the regulatory framework;

Examples of Provisioning Form in a sentence

  • Retarus may submit a Campaign Provisioning Form to be completed by the Customer in order to approve and conduct a Campaign.

  • Any variation or modification of a Campaign may be subject to the prior amendment of an existing Provisioning Form.
