provincial highways definition
provincial highways means any public street, highway, road, lane, sidewalk or thoroughfare owned by the Province of Nova Scotia;
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Provincial Minister means the member of the Cabinet of the Province of Western Cape responsible for local government;
Provincial Government means the Government of a Province of Pakistan;
Provincial Council means a council established for a non-metropolitan province in terms of section 269 of the Constitution;
Local highway authority means the legislative, executive, or governing body of a county, municipal, or other local board or body having authority to enact laws relating to traffic under the constitution and laws of the state.
