Provided Documents definition

Provided Documents means the Transaction Documents and any documents, agreements, instruments, schedules, certificates, statements, cash flow schedules, number runs or other writings or data furnished to Financial Security by or on behalf of AmeriCredit, the Company, AFS Funding or Funding Trust with respect to itself, its respective Subsidiaries, the Receivables or the Transaction.

Provided Documents means the Basic Documents and any documents, agreements, instruments, schedules, certificates, statements, cash flow schedules, number runs or other writings or data furnished to Radian (or any of its reinsurers or potential reinsurers identified to TFC, including, without limitation, Radian Reinsurance Inc.) by or on behalf of TFC, the Parent or TFCRC VI with respect to itself, its respective Subsidiaries, the Receivables or the Transaction.

  • RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Operative Agreements means this Agreement, the Liquidity Facilities, the Fee Letters, the Indentures, the Trust Agreements, the Participation Agreements, the Equipment Notes and the Certificates, together with all exhibits and schedules included with any of the foregoing.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Aircraft Documents means all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the FAA (or the relevant Aviation Authority), to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines or Parts, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, by the FAA (or other Aviation Authority) regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including, without limitation, microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of Owner (provided, that all such materials shall be maintained in the English language).

  • Seller Ancillary Documents means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller or any of its Affiliates under this Agreement or in connection herewith.
