Proveda definition

Proveda means Proveda Limited and each of its related companies or entities, both current and in the future comprising 'the Proveda Group'. Where used in this policy, a reference to 'Proveda' or 'the Proveda Group' may be to all companies or entities in the Proveda Group or any one or more of the companies or entities as may be applicable in the context.

  • Proven means that a court of competent jurisdiction has entered a final unappealable judgment on a claim adjudging an entity or person liable for a monetary judgment.

  • Proved Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and one of the following: (a) “Developed Producing Reserves”, (b) “Developed Non-Producing Reserves” or (c) “Undeveloped Reserves”.

  • Proven Mineral Reserve means the economically mineable part of a Measured Mineral Resource. A Proven Mineral Reserve implies a high degree of confidence in the Modifying Factors.

  • Proved Developed Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and one of the following: (a) “Developed Producing Reserves” or (b) “Developed Non-Producing Reserves.”

  • Operating Statement shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 10.5.
