Prospective Partner definition

Prospective Partner means pharmaceutical companies, distributors retailers and other parties introduced by NHC to the Company during the Term for purposes of evaluating a Business Opportunity.
Prospective Partner means any person, firm, company or other organisation with whom the Company has, at any time during the Relevant Period, had Relevant Discussions in which Executive was materially involved, for which he had responsibilities or about which he obtained or otherwise received Confidential Information;
Prospective Partner means any Person to whom the Company offers or proposes to sell any service provided by the Company, including any Person who was identified by the Company as a potential Partner and to whom the Company attempted to propose, market, or sell services.
