If the Company decides, nonetheless, to admit such Proposed Partner, PEGI may prevent such Proposed Partner from acquiring more than a 33% interest by acquiring the percentage interests in excess of 33% that the Proposed Partner would have purchased, on the same pro rata terms as offered to the Proposed Partner.
