Proposed Partner definition

Proposed Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.5(a).
Proposed Partner an external institution that is proposed to become a formal Partner of York through the establishment of an agreement. A Proposed Partner can be a university, higher education institution, a consortium, or a government institution, etc.

  • If the Company decides, nonetheless, to admit such Proposed Partner, PEGI may prevent such Proposed Partner from acquiring more than a 33% interest by acquiring the percentage interests in excess of 33% that the Proposed Partner would have purchased, on the same pro rata terms as offered to the Proposed Partner.
