Proposal Label definition

Proposal Label. The words Proposal Label means the label prepared by the Corporation specifically for this request and marked “Proposal” and “May only be opened by the Corporation” to be used by the Proponent to label the Proposal and other supporting documentation required to be submitted.

Related to Proposal Label

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal of the Consultant.

  • Proposal Letter means the letter, executed by or on behalf of Proposer, delivered with its Proposal and conforming to Form A to the ITP.

  • Proposal date as referenced herein shall mean the local date and time specified in the proposal documents.
