Property Allocation definition

Property Allocation means, with respect to any Real Property, an amount equal to the quotient of (a) the amount set forth across from the description of such Real Property on Annex E, divided by (b) the Cap Rate.
Property Allocation has, in respect of each Purchaser, the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(a).
Property Allocation means the amount of the Purchase Price allocated to each Property as set forth on Schedule 5 attached hereto.

  • If such Purchaser so objects to the Property Allocation within such eight (8) day period, the Parties shall attempt to resolve their differences by negotiation prior to the Closing Date.

  • Regulatory Allocations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.A(viii).
