PROOF document definition

PROOF document means a document that is included in the terms of a PROOF agreement.
PROOF document means any of those documents specified in column 1 of the table in schedule 2 that are required to be or authorised to be delivered to the Registrar in respect of the Company under the legislative provisions specified in column 2 of that table;

Examples of PROOF document in a sentence

  • A replacement for a previously delivered PROOF document must be delivered to the Registrar in paper form in accordance with the Registrar’s requirements for the paper delivery of such documents and the replacement must be accompanied by a paper consent.

  • A voluntary translation of a PROOF document must be delivered in paper form without a paper consent and in accordance with such of the Registrar’s requirements for paper delivery as apply to voluntary translations.

  • This clause 5.3 applies irrespective of the date of delivery of the previously delivered PROOF document and irrespective of the form in which it was delivered.

  • Schedule of Documents means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Sale Agreement, the Funding Agreement and the other Related Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached as Annex Y to the Funding Agreement and the Sale Agreement.

  • Ownership of Documents The County has permanent ownership of all directly connected and derivative materials produced under this Contract by the Subrecipient.   • Regulatory Filing means any documentation comprising or relating to or supporting any filing or application with any Regulatory Authority with respect to any compound or product (including any Licensed Compound or Licensed Product), or its use or potential use in humans, including any documents submitted to any Regulatory Authority and all supporting data, including INDs and NDAs, and all correspondence with any Regulatory Authority with respect to such compound or product (including minutes of any meetings, telephone conferences or discussions with any Regulatory Authority).

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.
