Project Understanding. The purpose of this contract is improve the overall safety and operations of the designated locations while also creating an up to date database of signal equipment that can be used by the local authorities. The Scope of Work provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be followed with regards to coordination and technical meetings, schedule, project review periods, reporting, budget and invoicing. The Urban Team’s schedule was focused around providing reasonable durations for all tasks and SJTPO review periods while adhering to the deliverable dates shown. This project has been broken into two distinct projects.
