Project Tenant definition

Project Tenant s Work” means and refers to the portion of the Project Work which will be designed, constructed and paid for and owned by Tenant pursuant to the terms Exhibit E attached hereto, and generally consists of the mechanical and electrical work and other tenant improvements (including HVAC) providing specialized infrastructure for Tenant’s Data Center Space.
Project Tenant means an entity duly organized under the laws of the State of New York, provided that such entity is not a Prohibited Person, and such entity has an outstanding agreement with the Company to occupy a portion of the Facility for the purpose of operating one or more of the uses authorized by Section 3.01(B)(1) hereof and Section 3.02 of the Lease Agreement.
Project Tenant means Arlington Ballpark District Entertainment Block Operating Tenant, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, a subsidiary of Developer, and its successors and assigns.

  • To the extent Tenant or its agents or employees discover any water leakage, water damage or mold in or about the Premises or Project, Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord thereof in writing.

  • If Landlord elects to install a multi-tenant identification sign at the entrance to the Project, Tenant shall be entitled to install its name on such sign (subject to availability on a pro-rata basis based on the relative square footages leased by the tenants of the Project), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.

  • Should any lien be recorded against the Project, Tenant shall give immediate notice of such lien to Landlord.

  • If the Project is substantially destroyed as a result of a fire or other casualty and it is necessary in connection with a Restoration to demolish the remainder of the Project, Tenant shall have the right, subject to compliance with the terms of Article 8 and Article 11, to demolish the remainder of the Project.

  • If any ground lease is terminated or mortgage foreclosed or deed in lieu of foreclosure given and the ground lessor, mortgagee, or purchaser at a foreclosure sale shall thereby become the owner of the Project, Tenant shall attorn to such ground lessor or mortgagee or purchaser without any deduction or setoff by Tenant, and this Lease shall continue in effect as a direct lease between Tenant and such ground lessor, mortgagee or purchaser.

  • Subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in its reasonable discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, if the Premises comprise an entire floor of the Building, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building.

  • If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on or under or about the Premises or the Project, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord.

  • For insurance policies maintained by Landlord which cover improvements on the entire Project, Tenant shall pay Tenant's prorated share of the premiums, in accordance with the formula in Paragraph 4.05(e) for determining Tenant's share of Common Area costs.

Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, the liability of Subtenant to Sublandlord for any default in Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease shall be limited to actual, direct damages, and under no circumstances shall Sublandlord, its partners, members, shareholders, directors, agents, officers, employees, contractors, sublessees, successors and/or assigns be entitled to recover from Subtenant (or otherwise be indemnified by Subtenant) for lost revenues, lost profit or other consequential, special or punitive damages arising in connection with this Sublease for any reason, except for any breach by Subtenant under Section 12 of the Master Lease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, no personal liability shall at any time be asserted or enforceable against Subtenant’s shareholders, directors, officers, or partners on account of any of Subtenant’s obligations or actions under this Sublease.
