Project Selection Criteria definition

Project Selection Criteria means the criteria used to score a Project for Tax Credit allocation purposes.
Project Selection Criteria for the Fund means the criteria specified by the Board as the basis for selecting Projects for the possible allocation of resources from the Fund, including at a minimum, the criteria set out in Schedule A3 hereof;
