Project Scope Document definition

Project Scope Document or “PSD” means the document attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, as it may be modified from time to time upon written agreement of the parties. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the PSD, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Project Scope Document means the various individual written documents executed by an authorized signatory of each Party documenting the deliverables, Milestones, tasks, and other relevant responsibilities with respect to a Project Area. This term shall include, when the context allows, all New Project Scope Documents executed in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 2.6.
Project Scope Document includes user and filtering information for the delivery of reports and results to a practice. “Data” is data or information provided, accessed, made available, or otherwise processed through or by CliniSync. “Dispute” is any controversy, dispute, or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

Examples of Project Scope Document in a sentence

  • DPT shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to perform the services outlined in the Project Scope Document and the Protocols (collectively, the “Services”), in accordance with the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference, and to accomplish the desired results.

  • If MGEN provides the Designated Services from an Other Service Location in accordance with this Agreement or any applicable Project Scope Document, such Other Service Locations shall be deemed to be a "MGEN Service Location" for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Each Party, through its Project Coordinators and Project Managers, shall only assign employees who possess the requisite training and skills to perform the Designated Services contemplated under any Project Scope Document ("Project Staff").

  • In the absence of an applicable Project Scope Document, the amount of Fees owing to MGEN shall be determined as set forth below.

  • Upon submission of the Project Scope Document, the participant will schedule the Live Date within 30 days after Data is available to Participant.

  • This Project Scope Document will include a filtering statement and an integration statement as an attachment that also must be completed.

  • If the Additional Service is selected by Participant, it shall be incorporated into this Agreement and the Project Scope Document and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • MGEN agrees to perform Services in connection with each Project (including any New Project) described herein or in any Project Scope Document attached hereto.

  • Any other additional services not described in the Project Scope Document and requested by Participant with respect to CliniSync or otherwise under this Agreement will be provided subject to mutually agreed to future statements of work entered into by the parties under this Agreement.

  • The article and Sections headings and the table of contents are for reference and convenience only and shall not be considered in the interpretation of this Agreement or any Project Scope Document.

Related to Project Scope Document

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Scope Document means the document (if any) that is provided with and becomes part of the Order Form and which defines sometimes in conjunction with a Service Description (as applicable) the Services to be provided.

  • design document means any record of a design, whether in the form of a drawing, a written description, a photograph, data stored in a computer or otherwise.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Partner Project Document means the document describing in detail the Work, the Parties’ responsibilities, the expected Results including the work plan, the budget and the installment schedule. The Partner Project Document is the basis for requesting, committing and disbursing funds to carry out the Work and for monitoring and reporting.
