Project Progress Reports definition

Project Progress Reports means the report with that name described in Annex 6; Publication means any announcement, comment or publication of any publicity material by the Grant Recipient concerning the Funded Activities, the Grant Funding Agreement or the Authority; Relevant Transfer means a transfer of employment to which the Employment Regulations apply;

Project Progress Reports means the monthly report prepared by the Borrower until Final Acceptance, within 3 weeks of the end of each month, on the progress of all elements of the FSRU and Mooring and (to the extent information is made available by PGN) pipeline construction. The report should include sufficient details on – Progress summary narrative on all areas of project – Progress/ schedule status analysis (including S curves) – Budget expenditure versus budget (including S curves) – Any concerns regarding Class status – Main interface actions, activities, milestones and key activity progress tracking/ forecasting (e.g. TSS release to HHI) – Main milestones planned and achieved for period – Any main areas of concern – Key risk management activities against risk register

Examples of Project Progress Reports in a sentence

  • Project Progress Reports submitted during a quarter in conjunction with a Request for Payment will satisfy the quarterly progress-reporting requirement.

  • The total amount of the co-financing transferred to the Lead Partner in respect of all Project Progress Reports cannot exceed the amount of the co-financing and of the co-financing rate level referred to in § 4 section 1.

  • Unless otherwise specified by the Government, the Assisted Business will also submit Project Progress Reports quarterly to the Government and the Department until the Assisted Business receives Contract closeout approval from the Government and Department.

Project Progress Reports means the reports described and referred to in clause 13 of this Agreement.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Progress Report means the Progress Report described in Article D.1.0 (Reporting Requirements).

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Monthly Progress Report Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.7 (Monthly Progress Report).
