Program reports definition

Program reports means the information reported by NPDES- regulated entities and listed in table 1 in appendix A to 40 CFR 127, incorporated by reference in Section 310.107 (except NPDES data groups 1 and 2).

Program reports. Programs Reports" means written reports containing information on progress of research and development, field data, along with the costs and expenditures of the Program. The costs and expenditures shall be reported in sufficient detail such that a third party audit could be completed if necessary. Research and development information shall include but shall not be limited to information about results from laboratory analysis of oil and meal traits identified as Developmental Targets and Product Goals. Field data shall include all results from nurseries and yield trials for agronomic traits identified as Product Goals and Developmental Targets.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Quarterly Reports shall have the meaning assigned in Article 6.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
