Program Releases means a Minor Release and Major Release;

Examples of Program Releases in a sentence

  • JSI assumes no responsibility for any Licensed Program defects where Program Releases are not installed by Customer, within such time period, and JSI cannot guarantee that technical questions regarding prior releases will be properly or correctly answered.

  • Program Releases must be installed within 90 days after JSI issues the release.

  • The ADVANTAGE package includes the following Support Services:  On demand media ordering and Electronic Download On demand media ordering and electronic download will provide Your company with the latest Licensed Program Releases and Maintenance Delivery.

  • JANO shall make available to the County any Program Releases necessary for the County to maintain compatibility with the most current releases and versions of the underlying operating system and database software (and the most current fixes and patches to such releases and versions) within a reasonable amount of time after such releases, versions, fixes, or patches become generally and commercially available to the licensed users of such software.

Related to Program Releases

  • Software Release means any subsequent version of Software that RSA makes generally available to its customers who are current on their Maintenance Services fees but does not mean new Software.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Current Release means that version of the Product installed on the Equipment at the Commencement Date and any modifications to it or if a new Release is available, that new Release installed on the Equipment and any modifications to it;

  • CREFC® Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
