The participating faculty member agrees to all award conditions outlined in the Faculty Incentive Pay Program, SCP- 2226 and SCP-2226.A, Faculty Incentive Pay Program Criteria.
Accreditation may be revoked by ACHA pursuant to ACHA’s procedures for revocation of accreditation if the Applicant fails to satisfy any of the ACHA ACHD Accreditation Program Criteria or ACHA’s compliance requirements during the term of its accreditation (“Deficiency”).

City shall provide to Consultant applicable Program Criteria; examine and timely respond to Consultant submissions; and give written notice to Consultant, who shall respond promptly, whenever City observes or otherwise becomes aware of any defect in the Professional Services.
