Program Code definition

Program Code. Each of the codes, set forth in Part I of Exhibit F, placed by the Purchaser in the "PROG CODE" column of a Request for Certification indicating that the Mortgage Loan is being offered by the related Seller to Purchaser in a Dry Transaction, Cash Window Transaction or a Conduit Transaction, as applicable.
Program Code has the meaning set forth in Section 5.13(c).

More Definitions of Program Code

Program Code means an alphanumeric identifier that is issued to a program by the di- vision at the time a program is certified.
Program Code means the actual code or documentation of a Program. Program Components means components, files or modules. Unless otherwise provided, terms that apply to a Program apply to the Program Components. Selected Support means Software Subscription and Support that may be available for: (i) third party Programs or for; (ii) Programs licensed under the Lenovo International License Agreement for Non-Warranted Programs (“Selected Programs”).
Program Code means a unique code assigned by Q5id for each use case and/or program for which Licensee wishes to separately track Initial Enrollments and/or Authentications.   • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems.   • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and settlement (including customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;
