Program Code. Each of the codes, set forth in Part I of Exhibit F, placed by the Purchaser in the "PROG CODE" column of a Request for Certification indicating that the Mortgage Loan is being offered by the related Seller to Purchaser in a Dry Transaction, Cash Window Transaction or a Conduit Transaction, as applicable.

Program Code means an alphanumeric identifier that is issued to a program by the di- vision at the time a program is certified.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;
