Program Code. Each of the codes, set forth in Part I of Exhibit F, placed by the Purchaser in the "PROG CODE" column of a Request for Certification indicating that the Mortgage Loan is being offered by Seller to Purchaser in a Dry Transaction, Cash Window Transaction or a Conduit Transaction, as applicable.

Related to Program Code

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier.   • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Procurement Code means §§ 13-1-28 to 13-1-199 NMSA 1978. “Public School Finance Act” means §§ 22-8-1 to 22-8-49 NMSA 1978. “Secretary” means the cabinet secretary of the Department.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
