Production Testing definition

Production Testing means the second stage testing of the MDM and 360VoC Solution for compliance with this Agreement, which testing will take place in a live environment such as that in which the software system will be required to operate on a day to day basis, to be undertaken during the Testing Period. Schedule 1 Data means the Data held by the Agency in relation to a Child or Close Connection, that falls within the data categories and descriptions set out in the Schedule 1 or any other data categories and descriptions as agreed by the parties under clause 9, but does not include:
Production Testing means exploitation of prospecting and development ▇▇▇▇▇ to specify data available and to obtain additional information on geological-and-physical accumulation characteristic, relation of hydrocarbons, productivity of ▇▇▇▇▇ for projection of field development.

Examples of Production Testing in a sentence

  • Any Participating Party may propose the permanent plugging and abandonment of a well that has produced Hydrocarbons (other than as a result of Production Testing) by notifying the other Participating Parties.

  • If the proposal to plug and abandon an Exploratory Well that has not produced Hydrocarbons (other than as a result of Production Testing) does not receive approval by Vote, but the Operator deems the well bore not to be safe or in sound enough condition for it to perform further operations, the Operator may nevertheless proceed to plug and abandon that Exploratory Well, and shall give each Participating Party notice of that fact.

  • If the proposal to plug and abandon a Development Well that has not produced Hydrocarbons (other than as a result of Production Testing) does not receive approval by Vote, but the Operator deems the well bore not to be safe or in sound enough condition for it to perform further operations, the Operator may nevertheless proceed to plug and abandon that Development Well and shall give each Participating Party notice of that fact.

  • If the proposal to plug and abandon an Appraisal Well that has not produced Hydrocarbons (other than as a result of Production Testing) does not receive approval by Vote, but the Operator deems the well bore not to be safe or in sound enough condition for it to perform further operations, the Operator may nevertheless proceed to plug and abandon that Appraisal Well, and shall give each Participating Party notice of that fact.

  • CLEC shall notify Qwest in writing of CLEC’s intent to participate in Comprehensive Production Testing.

  • The total price of one hundred ten million, five hundred thousand dollars ($110,500,000) shall include sales of Production Parts and Production Testing Equipment as set forth in section 3.2 and service support to be provided by Tesla as set forth in this Agreement.

  • The cost of additional quantities of Production Testing Equipment, as well as EV Systems Start-Up Services shall be separately agreed upon by the Parties.

  • Tesla will supply one set of the Production Testing Equipment as set forth in Exhibit E and the specifications for such equipment, as the same may be updated and set forth in one or more Contract Documents and the specifications for such Production Testing Equipment.
