Production Software definition

Production Software means Software licensed for productive business use.
Production Software means On-premise Software licensed for productive business use. Production Software is licensed for deployment on a Computer with a specified number of Cores.
Production Software means a version of the On-premise Software licensed by Adobe for production use. Production Software is licensed on a 2-CPU basis on a physical deployment and based on the number of vCore/vCPU on a Virtual Machine deployment pursuant to section 2 below.

Examples of Production Software in a sentence

  • In such a case, LICENSEE shall be entitled to use the Production Software for the remainder of the License/Subscription Period with payment of the applicable fee.

  • AASHTO shall provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for Production Software based on the Work Plan for the applicable Software Product(s).

  • In addition, AASHTO shall make available to the LICENSEE all published modifications or updates to the Production Software made by AASHTO, or caused to be made by AASHTO, during the term of this Supplemental Agreement.

  • In the event there are defects in a Production Software, the LICENSEE shall provide written notice to AASHTO or its designated contractor with a detailed description of the defects.

  • LICENSEE understands and acknowledges that Pre-Production Software Products have the following characteristics: (i) they have not been fully tested, (ii) they contain incomplete design and functionality that is subject to change on a frequent basis and without prior notice, and (iii) there is a greater likelihood of errors, defects, bugs and operational instability in Pre-Production Software Products compared with Production Software.

  • AASHTO makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that any particular functionality used in Pre-Production Software Products will be included in any version released as Production Software.

  • AASHTO shall have no obligation to support or maintain Pre- Production Software Products.

  • AASHTO shall notify LICENSEE when Pre-Production Software Products licensed under this Agreement have been released as Production Software, and shall provide LICENSEE access to the Production Software.


More Definitions of Production Software

Production Software means Software Products that have been approved by AASHTO for general release and distribution. All Software Products listed in the Catalog and Table 1 shall be Production Software unless designated as Pre-Production Software Products.

Restrictions: the restrictions set out in Condition 3. Right to Deploy: the right you have, subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence, to publish your Derivative Works in the Public Space.
Production Software is what we label as such and ship to new customers and make available to existing customers as part of our Software Update Plan (see §6.4). We also sometimes issue alpha and beta (test) Software and maintenance (patch) and interim Software (together, “Pre-Production Software”) that is not as well tested. You agree that the use of Pre-Production Software will be governed by the terms of our Pre-Production Software Agreement that supplements and changes the terms of this Agreement as it applies to your use of the Pre-Production Software. A copy of the Pre-Production Software Agreement is on our web site in the Customer Area (currently at xxx.xXXX.xxx/xxx) and its terms may change from time to time.

Related to Production Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.
