Production Software definition

Production Software means Software licensed for productive business use.
Production Software means On-premise Software licensed for productive business use. Production Software is licensed for deployment on a Computer with a specified number of Cores.
Production Software means a version of the On-premise Software licensed by Adobe for production use. Production Software is licensed on a 2-CPU basis on a physical deployment and based on the number of vCore/vCPU on a Virtual Machine deployment pursuant to section 2 below.

Examples of Production Software in a sentence

  • Licensee may make and install a reasonable number of copies of the Software for backup and archival purposes and use such copies solely in the event that the primary copy has failed or is destroyed, but in no event may Licensee use such copies concurrently with Production Software or Development Software.

  • When Adobe Central Pro Output Server is licensed as Production Software on a Per-Server basis, Licensee is not permitted to Deliver output from the Software Product to more than ten (10) Locations per licensed Server.

  • Licensee's right to install and use the Software is limited based on whether the Software is licensed as Production Software or Development Software (as separately provided in writing by Adobe) and the License Metrics applicable to the particular Software Products licensed (as separately provided in writing by Adobe) and subject to the terms in Section 3, unless Licensee has licensed the Software for evaluation purposes, in which case the terms of Section 4 apply.

  • If Licensee has licensed Adobe Output Pak for ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, then Adobe grants Licensee a license to install and use Adobe Output Pak for ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ solely in connection with Adobe Central Pro Output Server for use with SAP software either (a) as Production Software on a Per-Server or Per-User basis (as separately provided in writing by Adobe), or (b) as Development Software on a Per-Server basis.

  • If Licensee has licensed Adobe Central Pro Output Server, then Adobe grants Licensee a license to install and use Adobe Central Pro Output Server either (a) as Production Software on a Per-Server or Per-User basis (as separately provided in writing by Adobe), or (b) as Development Software on a Per-Server basis.

  • If Licensee has licensed Adobe Central Output Server as Production Software or Development Software (as separately provided in writing by Adobe), then Adobe grants Licensee a license to install and use Adobe Central Output Server on a Per-Server basis, provided that Licensee is not permitted to Deliver output from the Production Software to more than ten (10) Locations per licensed Server.

  • Licensee is not permitted to use the Not For Resale Software (including its output) directly or indirectly with any Production Software or Development Software (or the output from such software).

  • For example if a Computer has four (4) CPUs and the Production Software license is for two (2) CPUs, Customer must obtain 2 Production Software licenses for such Computer.

  • Licensee is not permitted to use the Evaluation Software (including its output) directly or indirectly with any Production Software or Development Software (or the output from such software).

  • For each Computer on which Production Software is installed, the minimum number of Production Software licenses that are required may not be less than the total number of CPUs on the Computer.


More Definitions of Production Software

Production Software means Software Products that have been approved by AASHTO for general release and distribution. All Software Products listed in the Catalog and Table 1 shall be Production Software unless designated as Pre-Production Software Products.
Production Software means our production software (as amended from time to time) which is intended for release into the Public Space as part of Derivative Works subject to the terms of this Licence. Public Space: the Public Space includes, but is not limited to, the Apple App Store, GooglePlay Store, any other online store or distribution channel by which Derivative Works are shared or published. Restrictions: the restrictions set out in Condition 3. Right to Deploy: the right you have, subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence, to publish your Derivative Works in the Public Space.
Production Software means On-premise Software licensed for productive business use. Production Software is licensed on a Core basis deployed on a Computer.
Production Software means a version of the Software licensed by Adobe for production use and not for use as Development and/or Evaluation Software.
Production Software is what we label as such and ship to new customers and make available to existing customers as part of our Software Update Plan (see §6.4). We also sometimes issue alpha and beta (test) Software and maintenance (patch) and interim Software (together, “Pre-Production Software”) that is not as well tested. You agree that the use of Pre-Production Software will be governed by the terms of our Pre-Production Software Agreement that supplements and changes the terms of this Agreement as it applies to your use of the Pre-Production Software. A copy of the Pre-Production Software Agreement is on our web site in the Customer Area (currently at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇) and its terms may change from time to time.

Related to Production Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.
