Product Upgrades definition

Product Upgrades means any new version, release or maintenance release of the Software or any documentation upgrade details of which are set out in clause 6;
Product Upgrades means the provision of upgrades to previously licensed Software whose rights are owned by the Supplier.
Product Upgrades means either corrections, improvements, revisions, new releases, additions or user manuals which relate to operating performance of the Products but which do not redefine the original Products as defined by the LICENSOR.

More Definitions of Product Upgrades

Product Upgrades means all Minor Version Releases and Major Version Releases, product successors, and certain other modifications to the Programs which may be denoted as such by GUPTA from time to time in its generally published programs and policies.
